We remove the need for employers to delegate managing the apprenticeship levy contributions, to in-experienced or overburdened staff and support employers to either; manage the relationships and performance of ‘existing’ training providers, facilitate relationships with ‘new’ training providers or supporting employers towards taking control of their apprenticeship levy contributions and transition into becoming an employer provider themselves.
